DESCRIPTION:The Camp CIEC Merit Badge Counselor for Family Life is Mr Kay alankay127@gmail.com \n  \n  \n  \n Pre-requisites \n  \n 3. Prepare a list of your regular home duties or chores (at least five) and do them for 90 days. Keep a record of how often you do each of them. Discuss with your counselor the effect your chores had on your family. \n  \n 4. With the approval of your parent or guardian and your counselor, decide on and carry out an individual project that you would do around the home that would benefit your family. After completion, discuss the objective or goal and the results of the project with your family and then your counselor. \n  \n 5. Plan and carry out a project that involves the participation of your family. After completing the project, discuss the following with your counselor: \n  \n (a) The objective or goal of the project \n  \n (b) How individual members of your family participated \n  \n (c) The results of the project. \n  \n 6. Do the following (discussion of each of these subjects may carry over to more than one family meeting): \n  \n (a) Discuss with your counselor how to plan and carry out a family meeting. \n  \n (b) Prepare a meeting agenda that includes the following topics, review it with your parent or guardian, and then carry out one or more family meetings \n  \n Session will be held Saturday December 20th from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM \n  \n Limited to the first 15 registrants \n  \n All participants will be held to a high standard. Participation is required, registration alone does not guarantee completion of the merit badge. For some merit badges some requirements will not be able to be completed. Please pay attention to the requirements you can expect to be covered in this merit badge class. Please bring a Blue Card with your Scoutmaster signature to the merit badge session.  the blue card will be returned to the Scout at the end of the session with all the completed requirement's marked off. If the Scout completes all the merit badge requirements to the satisfaction of the merit badge counselor the blue card will also include their signature. \n  \n Merit Badge Counselors may not require the use of merit badge workbooks, however a Merit Badge workbook can help you organize your thoughts as you prepare for Family Life Merit Badge.
